PROFESSIONAL LAMPS WARRANTY 
For Projector Lamps and Bulbs Only 
 
All projector lamps and bulbs are under warranty for six months from shipping date.  Refunds, not 
replacements, will be issued for all returns; if a replacement is required, please place an order for the 
item.  All returns must be double-boxed and require an RMA form or they cannot be processed.   
Refunds will be issued after returns are received and inspected; do not take a credit until a credit memo 
has been generated. 
 
DAMAGED ITEM:  Contact us within three business days if an item is damaged upon receipt.  We will 
issue a refund if we paid for the original shipping.  The item must be returned to Professional Lamps for 
inspection by the shipping company.  If you paid for shipping, please contact the shipping company 
directly to submit a claim; we will not issue a refund if you paid for original shipping. 
 
LOST SHIPMENT:  Contact us within three business days if a shipment is lost.  We will issue a refund if we 
paid for the original shipping.  If you paid for shipping, please contact the shipping company directly to 
submit a claim; we will not issue a refund if you paid for original shipping. 
 
WRONG ITEM:  Contact us within three business days if the wrong item was shipped, or you did not 
receive all the items on the packing list.  Return incorrect items for a refund, we will reship the correct 
item.  Professional Lamps will pay for shipping. 
 
WRONG ADDRESS:  Contact us within three business days if your order was sent to the wrong address as 
a result of an error on our part.  Professional Lamps will pay for shipping. 
 
FEES:  (1) If a lamp can be returned to stock, but the box is damaged, marked or missing, a $5.00 
reboxing fee will be applied.  (2) If a package is “Refused by Customer” upon delivery, and Professional 
Lamps paid for the original shipping, a $25.00 fee will be applied.  (3)  In the event free shipping was 
offered and the item is subsequently returned, a fee of $9.75 will be applied. 
 
REFUND WILL BE ISSUED  for defective lamps returned within six months; unused lamps that can be 
returned to stock; items received with an RMA form; if the wrong item was shipped, or shipped to the 
wrong address, and it was our error; items damaged or lost in shipping where Professional Lamps paid 
for shipping. 
 
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:  items that are used and still functional and cannot be returned to stock; 
items received without accompanying RMA form; items damaged in return transit; shipping costs; 
return shipping costs; improper installation including damages incurred while attempting installation; 
any installation or labor costs; lamps damaged by TV/projector malfunction; damage due to abuse, 
lightning or acts of nature, misuse, electrical stress or power surges; loss of use; lost profits.   
 
EXCEPTION TO THE WARRANTY
  •   Special-order items are covered by a different warranty.  You will be notified by email if your item is special-order. 
  • ƒ   Items that are Not Needed must be returned and received in the original, unmarked box within 25 days.  There is a 20% restocking fee. 
  • ƒ   Items that are Defective must be returned and received within 85 days for a replacement to be issued; refunds are not available for defectives. 

 

For Specialty Lamps Only 
Specialty lamps are not covered under the standard warranty printed above.  Please contact us 
immediately for an RMA for Specialty lamps, do not send back these items without an RMA, 
they will be refused.  Refunds, not replacements, will be issued for any approved return, and will be 
issued when the manufacturer issues the credit.  Do not take a credit until a credit memo has been 
generated.   If a replacement is required, please place an order for the item.  All approved returns must 
be double-boxed and require an RMA form or they cannot be processed. 
 
XENON BULBS are considered on a case-by-case basis, please contact us immediately. 
 
HALOGEN AND FLOURESCENT BULBS are not covered by warranty.
